My name is Dok Ja, and my surname may have originally been Jun Joo before it was changed to Lee.
I was born on April 25, 1970, and found on December 22, 1970, in Dongducheon-Up, Yangju-Kun, Kyonggi-Do, Korea, where I am believed to have been born.
My personal information was attached to my clothing when I was found. I was later taken to Yangju Baby Home.
I am searching for my biological family or anyone who may have information about a child who was left behind in late December 1970.
If anyone has knowledge of hospital or church records from that time, I would love to hear more. My birth might have been recorded at a local hospital or church, even if no official government records exist.
